Welcome to 360 Study Services. This document governs the methods of purchase and use of the services offered on the site, particularly the Study Choice guidance service. By making a purchase, the user fully accepts the following conditions.
1. Service offered
360 Study Services offers online study guidance services. The Study Choice service is available in two versions:
Basic: completion of a questionnaire and receipt of a personalized report.
Premium: questionnaire, report and individual consultation with an expert consultant of the You for You method.
2. Purchase and payment methods
Purchase takes place directly on the site through a guided procedure and secure electronic payment (PayPal or credit card). Payment is immediate and constitutes order confirmation. All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT, where applicable.
3. Service delivery
For the Basic service, the personalized report is sent within 5 working days from completion of the questionnaire.
For the Premium service, after purchase the user will receive an email to book the consultation date. 360 Study Services reserves the right to postpone delivery in case of force majeure, promptly communicating this to the user.
4. Right of withdrawal
Being a personalized digital service, once the questionnaire is delivered or the appointment for the consultation is scheduled, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Any refund requests for specific reasons will be evaluated case by case.
5. Liability
360 Study Services is committed to providing accurate information and qualified support, but does not guarantee admission to specific university courses or academic outcomes. The user is responsible for the information provided and decisions made based on the service results.
6. Personal data protection
Data collected during purchase and use of the service is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and used exclusively for purposes related to service delivery. For further details, consult the Privacy Policy available on the site.
